Checkout on britishhongkong.com is processed in USD through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store complete credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers on our servers.

Currency, tax, and authorization

- Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment.

Payment must be fully authorized before processing starts. We may delay, hold, or cancel an order for address mismatch, repeated declines, unusually large quantity, or fraud-system flags. Unauthorized, incomplete, or suspicious orders are cancelled and refunded to the original method when payment was captured.
Unsupported methods
We do not accept cash on delivery, personal or business checks, money orders, bank wires, cryptocurrency, or other offline payments. Pay only through the secure checkout page on this website.
Failed payments, refunds, and disputes
If payment is declined, the order is not processed. Confirm card details, available funds, billing-address match, and any bank verification. For payment help, email support@britishhongkong.com. Do not email card numbers, security codes, or passwords.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Most post within 5–15 business days. Chargeback or PayPal dispute rights are not a substitute for contacting us first with the order number so we can review tracking, delivery, and return records.
